The
importance of Good health is widely recognized in the society
yet people have the tendency to put more demands on their
health than ever before. Most of us expect too much from
our bodies, demanding that they perform at a constant level
irrespective of the way we handle our body.
Enjoying
good health is about having realistic expectations and
treating your body with respect. It is meaningless to
consume energy boosting drinks and vitamin pills when
the body actually needs adequate rest and stress-free
environment. When you have a discomfort - it's your body
telling you to slow down your pace.
The
general checklist to maintain good health through good
Fengshui is to :-
(a). Clear out stagnant water in nearby ponds or in front
of your main door and ensure that any water feature in
your home be it fountain or aquarium should be tidy with
clean water.
(b). The kitchen is very often the key to poor health,
so ensure hygiene and cleanliness is adapted in your cooking
and let the kitchen be light with fresh air and proper
ventilation and lighting.
(c). Clear your bathroom of all junkies like used cosmetics,
soaps and toiletries etc and maintains freshness and ensures
that the toilet door is always kept shut and the toilet
seat closed.
(d). If you feel excessively stressed out look around
for excess dark red colors and after identifying the spots,
change the colors.
(e). Finally see for mirrors and reflective surfaces in
line with your bed and relocate them or take them away
from your bedroom.
Be
it Vaasthu or Fengshui, one could adapt it with certain
amount of self discipline and logic and one need not have
to give a religious angle to Vaasthu or Fengshui or have
the "fear of god" to ensure a harmonious life.
God Loving is definitely a better way of life than to
be God fearing.
